(RMSOA) is a premier Back Office Support Systems (B.O.S.S®) services company in North America. Our combined goal is to provide you with a vital link between risk, underwriting, and claims management. RMSOA has primarily worked with national and regional insurance carriers, third party claims administrators, and brokers.
With a strong background in workers’ compensation, it was decided to develop a communication tool to improve the workflow between medical providers and payers. With thousands of medical providers adopting EDI, RMSOA/Swiftivity® recognized it was no longer a question of if EDI worked — the challenge was to find ways to enhance the service and improve outcomes. With our provider portal, easy integration mapping, and electronic authorization with our proprietary conference call scheduling tool, we have achieved our goal.

Mr. Bennie Jones
Mr. Jones is a co-founder of Swiftivity® and RMSOA and served in the capacity of President/CEO for twenty years. He is responsible for the vision and direction of the company and insuring the maintenance of superior customer experiences. Prior to joining Swiftivity® and RMSOA, Bennie was president and founder of HCC a managed care provider, servicing the workers’ compensation market. He also served in the positions of Division Claims Manager, Account Manager Supervisor and Adjuster for Argonaut, Intercontinental and Liberty Mutual insurance companies. Through his leadership the RMSOA team now services clients nationally.
